Onboarding is R$ 1,199, charged only once when you sign up, and it pays for the work of bringing the platform to life: business discovery, visual identity, tone of voice, foundational copy, technical setup and your Google Business Profile. The monthly fee starts at R$ 249 on the Presença plan and pays for what keeps the platform running afterward — hosting, domain, security, backup, monitoring and maintenance. Onboarding is never charged again.
Yes. That's what the admin panel is built for: you change text, images, phone numbers, services and posts right on the screen, with no technical knowledge and no support ticket. Changes go live instantly.
Content migration is contracted separately, but the onboarding package includes an initial block of hours for that work. In the discovery conversation, we look at how much content you have today and tell you what makes sense to migrate, rewrite or retire.
There's 24-hour uptime monitoring with incident alerts, active protection against attacks and daily backups with restore. In practice, we usually know before you do, and the backup is there for cases where a fix isn't enough.
