Services
Maintenance, monitoring, and security
Our work doesn't end when the platform is delivered — monitoring, backups, and security in production, every day.
How it works
Here's what it looks like in practice

Uptime and indexing monitoring, daily backups with restore and guided rollback, and an automated testing pipeline that stops any faulty update before it goes live. Periodic reports on results, with a human team keeping track of what's working — it isn't a tool handed over and forgotten, it's an ongoing service.
The problem
This is for you if…
You find out the platform went down because a customer told you
Availability is checked constantly, and the alert reaches us before it reaches you. In practice, we're the ones who find out first.
Your website was delivered two years ago and hasn't had a single update since
Maintenance and ongoing evolution are included in the monthly fee. The platform keeps being worked on after it goes live, instead of turning into abandoned software.
An update broke a page and nobody noticed for a week
No update goes live without passing a battery of automated tests. If a test fails, the release simply doesn't happen.
If something goes wrong with the database, there's no recent copy
Daily backups of the database and files, stored off the server, with tested restores. A backup that can't be restored isn't a backup.
Honesty
This isn't for you if…
-
You expect unlimited technical support, any time of day
The monthly fee includes maintenance hours for small adjustments and oversight of the infrastructure — not an on-call team at your disposal. Downtime fixes and security incidents are handled as a priority; change requests go into the maintenance queue.
-
You want new features built as part of maintenance
Tweaking a piece of text, swapping an image, fixing something that behaves the wrong way: that's maintenance. Building a module that doesn't exist yet, integrating with one of your systems, or designing a new screen is development, and it's quoted separately. Mixing the two means maintenance never gets done.
-
You want us to look after a website hosted somewhere else
This service is maintenance of the OneRank platform — it depends on our environment, our testing pipeline, and our backups. Maintaining a third party's website, on a third party's server, with code we don't know, is a different kind of contract, and it isn't one we offer.
-
You want a contractual uptime guarantee with penalties
We monitor, alert, fix, and keep restorable backups — but we don't sell service level agreements with penalties, because part of the chain (providers, carriers, DNS) isn't under our control. Promising something that depends on a third party would just be sales talk.
Scope
What's included
Uptime monitoring
Someone gets alerted when the platform goes down — before you notice
Technical detail
Continuous checks that the platform is responding, with incident alerts sent to the team. It's included in every plan: it's infrastructure every client needs, not a higher-tier feature.
Active server security
Attacks are stopped before they become your problem
Technical detail
Protection against attacks and scans, plus blocking of intrusion attempts, running on the server — on top of the security headers the platform itself sends with every response.
Daily backup with restore
You can roll back to the previous day if something goes wrong
Technical detail
Automatic copies of the database and files, kept in storage off the server. Restoring is part of the service — it's not a file nobody knows will even open.
Automated tests before every update
A broken update doesn't reach your platform
Technical detail
Every change goes through a battery of checks before it goes live. If any of them fails, the release is blocked — a client's platform is no place to discover bugs.
Guided rollback to the previous version
An error in production has a way back
Technical detail
If a release causes a problem, there's a tested path back to the previous state, database included. No improvising in the heat of the moment.
Maintenance included in the monthly fee
The platform keeps being worked on after it goes live
Technical detail
Monthly hours for small adjustments to the platform's content and behavior. It's what keeps the platform from turning into software frozen on delivery day.
Platform health dashboard
You see the state of your platform without having to ask
Technical detail
A screen that checks security, production, and completeness items and shows what's still pending. The check is the same on every plan — what changes between them is which items apply.
Indexing watch
A page that drops out of Google doesn't go unnoticed
Technical detail
Indexing errors don't show up on the platform: they show up in Search Console. The account stays connected and errors are tracked, so no page drops out of search without anyone noticing.
Security certificate renewal
The browser padlock never expires without warning
Technical detail
The browser padlock is tracked and renewed before it expires. An expired certificate wipes out visitor trust in seconds, and it's one of the most common mistakes on platforms without maintenance.
Performance report
You get a written account of what was done
Technical detail
What happened during the period, what was maintained, and what needs your decision. Quarterly on the Presença plan and monthly from Destaque up.

How we deliver
-
Monitoring switched on
no action needed from youThe platform's address is added to the continuous checks, and alerts start reaching the team. It's the first thing up and running, even before the platform is complete.
-
Backup routine up and running
no action needed from youDaily backup configured and the first restore tested — because a backup that has never been restored is an assumption, not a guarantee.
-
Security and certificate active
requires the DNS to be pointedServer protection in place, security headers sent by the platform, and a valid certificate with automatic renewal.
-
Support request channel set up
a conversation with youWhere you ask for an adjustment, what counts as urgent, and what goes into the maintenance queue. Agreed on beforehand, not in the middle of the first problem.
-
Maintenance cycle underway
you request the adjustmentsThe month's adjustments, fixes, platform updates with the tests stopping anything broken, and the report for the period.

Starts here
Presença
R$ 249/month
includes this serviceThe full operation, starting with the entry-level plan
Monitoring, security, daily backup with restore, tests before release, guided rollback, certificate renewal, included maintenance hours, and a quarterly report. None of this is a higher-tier feature.
-
Destaque
R$ 799/month
includes this serviceThe same operation, with monthly accountability
Everything in Presença, with the report moving from quarterly to monthly and rank tracking added — what changes is how often the results are reviewed, not how robust the infrastructure is.
-
Autoridade
R$ 1,499/month
includes this serviceThe operation, read as part of a strategy
Everything in Destaque, plus a full audit every quarter and a monthly meeting where what happened during the period turns into decisions — instead of a report nobody discusses.
Monitoring, backups, and security are included in every plan — they're infrastructure every client needs, not a higher-tier feature.
What's ready
In the first month, you already have
Monitoring running from day one
Switched on together with the platform, not set up after the first problem shows up.
Backup with the first restore tested
It's not enough for the routine to exist: the backup is restored once to prove it works.
A valid security certificate
Padlock active in the browser and automatic renewal configured — no date for you to remember.
The platform health dashboard with no critical items pending
Security and production items checked and resolved before go-live, not listed for later.
The support request channel agreed in writing
Where to ask, what counts as urgent, what goes into the maintenance queue. Agreed on before the first request.

Frequently asked questions
No. Monitoring, security, backup, certificate, testing, and the adjustment hours are part of the Presença plan, at R$ 249 per month. There's no separate support invoice and no charge per ticket opened.
No, and that's a deliberate decision. They're infrastructure for every client, like hosting — a client on the entry-level plan gets the same monitoring, the same backup, and the same security as a client on the most expensive plan. What changes between plans is the marketing work, not the protection.
The alert goes out to the team as soon as the check fails. The fix starts when the team is available — we don't sell 24-hour on-call coverage with someone awake at the desk, and we'd rather say so than promise otherwise. What the middle of the night does guarantee is detection and that day's backup.
The monthly fee includes maintenance hours for small adjustments — swapping text, images, or contact details, fixing behavior. Bigger requests, like a new module or an integration, are quoted separately. In practice, what most clients ask for fits within the included hours, and when it doesn't, we let you know before doing the work.
In theory, it never gets that far: every change goes through a battery of automated tests that blocks the release if anything fails. If something still slips through, there's a guided rollback to the previous version, database included — with that day's backup as the last line of defense.
Yes. The admin panel has a platform health screen that checks security, production, and completeness items and shows what's still pending. It's the same screen our team uses — you don't get a watered-down version.
No. It's sent to storage off the server, precisely because a backup kept in the same place as the data doesn't protect against the scenario that matters most: losing the entire server.
Not under this service. Maintenance here depends on our environment, our testing pipeline, and our backups — three things that don't exist on a third-party server running code we don't know. In that case, the path starts with a migration.
