Analytics and measurement
Know where your visitors come from — so you decide with numbers, not hunches.
How it works
Here's what it looks like in practice

Without measurement, every investment in online presence is just opinion. The platform launches with the measurement tag installed and the events that matter already tracked: form submitted, WhatsApp click, phone call. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and social media pixels are configured in the admin panel, with no plugin and no developer — and OneRank checks that the data keeps coming in, because a tag that stops firing doesn't warn anyone.
The problem
This is for you if…
You don't know where your platform's visitors come from
With measurement in place, search, social media, ads, and direct traffic are reported separately. Without it, every investment in your online presence comes down to the opinion of whoever talks loudest in the meeting.
The tag was installed two years ago and nobody knows if it still fires
A tag that stops working doesn't warn you: the numbers just shrink, and everyone assumes it was a slow month. The periodic check exists precisely to catch that.
The report counts visits, but not how many inquiries came in
The events that matter — form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, click-to-call taps — are now tagged. A visit is audience; an inquiry is a result.
Installing a pixel meant digging into the platform's code
Tracking tags are added in the admin panel, where you choose the page and the position. No developer needed, and no risk of someone pasting the wrong code into the theme.
Honesty
This isn't for you if…
-
You want the exact number of people who visited the platform
No tool has that number. Ad blockers, private browsing and — above all — visitors who decline tracking in the cookie banner aren't counted. What measurement gives you is a reliable trend, not a census. Anyone who presents the figure as exact is leaving that out.
-
You want to identify platform visitors by name
It's neither possible nor lawful. Measurement works with aggregated, anonymous data; identifying an individual visitor without specific consent violates the LGPD. You do get the name and contact details of anyone who fills out a form — because that person chose to introduce themselves.
-
You want to measure what happens after someone gets in touch
Measurement covers the platform: who arrived, how they got there, and what they did. If the sale closes over the phone, at the counter, or in a meeting, that happens in your sales process and would require integration with your own system — a separate project, and not always worth it.
-
You want to install every pixel your vendors ask for
Every extra tag slows down page loading and widens the tracking footprint your privacy policy has to disclose. We install what supports a decision you'll actually make; the rest just adds slowness and compliance risk in exchange for data nobody looks at.
Scope
What's included
Google Analytics set up
You own your platform's data, in your own account
Technical detail
A property created in your company's name, connected to the platform, and verified. Access is yours and stays yours, no matter who does the work.
Tag manager and social media pixel
Adding a new tag doesn't require a developer
Technical detail
Tracking tags from social networks and Google added through the admin panel, without touching the theme code.
Contact events tagged
Every inquiry from your platform becomes a number you can add up
Technical detail
Form submissions, WhatsApp button clicks, click-to-call taps, and newsletter sign-ups recorded as events. That's what turns audience into measurable results.
Scripts panel in the admin area
Turning measurement on or off takes a click, not a support ticket
Technical detail
One place to add each tag and turn it on or off, choosing the page and position. No stray code scattered through the theme, and no fear of breaking the platform.
Respect for consent
Your numbers are measured within the law
Technical detail
The visitor's choice in the cookie banner really counts: anyone who declines measurement isn't measured. That's what makes the data legitimate instead of risky.
Search Console connected to your measurement
You see what people typed before they arrived
Technical detail
The searches that bring people to the platform, connected to your analytics, so you see the actual term typed and not just the generic source "search".
Checks that the data is still coming in
A tag that stopped working is caught before the report
Technical detail
A periodic check that the tags still fire and the events still count. Broken measurement only shows up when someone actually looks.
Accounts in your company's name
Your history isn't locked in with the vendor
Technical detail
Analytics, the tag manager, and Search Console belong to you. OneRank works with access you grant, which you can revoke at any time.

Frequently asked questions
No. Analytics, tag manager, pixel, Search Console, and contact events are included in the Presença plan, at R$ 249 per month. What changes in the higher plans isn't the measurement: it's how often someone reads the results and turns them into decisions.
No. Analytics, the tag manager, and Search Console are set up under your company's account, and OneRank works with access granted by you — revocable at any time. Measurement history is an asset that belongs to whoever pays for it, and it shouldn't be locked in with the vendor.
They match as a trend, not as a census. Ad blockers, private browsing, and above all visitors who decline tracking in the cookie banner aren't counted — and that's compliance working, not a flaw. No tool gives you the exact number of visitors; anyone who presents the figure as exact is leaving that out.
Not individually — and it isn't just a technical limitation: identifying a visitor without specific consent violates the LGPD. You do get the name and contact details of anyone who fills out a form or messages you on WhatsApp, because that person chose to introduce themselves.
No. Tags are added in the admin panel, where you choose the page and position, and they can be turned on and off right there. This also avoids the classic problem of someone pasting malformed code into the theme and taking the platform down.
We check it periodically, before every report. It's the quietest failure there is: the tag stops firing, the numbers shrink, and everyone concludes it was a slow month — when what actually broke was the instrument.
Not through the platform's measurement. It goes as far as the inquiry — who arrived, how, and what they did. Connecting that to the closed sale would require integration with your sales system, which is a separate project and not always worth it. What you can do at no cost is have your team ask customers how they found you.
