Everything it takes for a platform to exist and keep existing is on us: hosting, domain registration and renewal, the SSL certificate, professional email accounts, and watching over everything running behind the scenes. You don't get a server control panel to learn — you get the result of it working.

The environment is shared and managed by us — that's what keeps the cost within the monthly fee and lets us take responsibility for security and uptime. If your operation requires its own server with unrestricted access, the right path is dedicated infrastructure, with dedicated pricing and dedicated responsibility.

You want to host other systems in the same environment
The infrastructure exists to run the OneRank platform; it isn't hosting resale. Deploying a third-party system, some off-the-shelf installer or a second website from another provider isn't part of the deal — and it would put the security of everyone on the same server at risk.

You want to keep your current hosting
You can keep your domain where it is, but the platform has to run in our environment: the testing pipeline, backups, monitoring and security are all built on top of it. Hosting it elsewhere would mean giving up everything that backs our other promises.

The accounts on your domain are included in the plan. Extra accounts are a standalone add-on, because email has a cost per account and for storage — and spreading that across everyone's monthly fee would make those who use a few mailboxes pay for those who use dozens.

Frequently asked questions
No. Hosting, domain, SSL certificate, email accounts, backup, security and monitoring are all included in the Presença plan, at R$ 249 per month. No server bill, no annual domain charge, no renewal surprises.
No. The domain is registered with registro.br in your company's name, and OneRank is listed as the technical contact — we handle registration and renewal, but you are the owner. If the contract ends, the domain leaves with you, and you can verify this at any time on the registro.br website.
Not necessarily. You can keep the registration where it is and just point the domain to our environment — in that case, renewal remains your responsibility. Transferring makes things simpler: renewal becomes our job and the cost is included in the monthly fee.
Not with this service. The testing pipeline, backups, monitoring and security are built on top of our environment — hosting elsewhere would mean giving all of that up and, with it, the other promises we make.
No, and that's by design. The environment is managed and shared, which is exactly what keeps the cost within the monthly fee and lets us take responsibility for security and uptime. You get full access to the platform's admin panel, which is where your work happens.
Mailboxes beyond the included ones are a standalone add-on, charged separately. Email has a cost per account and for storage — spreading that across the monthly fee would make those who use a few mailboxes pay for the company that uses dozens. If you only want email, without a plan, that option is available too.
Only when the project's size and risk justify it — it's an infrastructure decision, not a requirement of any plan. No platform capability depends on it, and a poorly done setup can actually get in the way of search engines and AI tools reading the platform. When we use one, it comes with clear rules.
The domain is yours and leaves with you. Your content is exported in accordance with the LGPD. What stays behind is the platform, which is licensed for as long as the contract is in place. The notice period terms are set out in writing in the proposal, before you sign.
