Reports and follow-up

What happened during the period, in plain language — and what changes in next month's work because of it.

How it works

Here's what it looks like in practice

OneRank admin panel with an overview of the period.

A report nobody reads isn't accountability — it's just a box being checked. OneRank's report is written in business language: how many people came, where they came from, what they did on the platform, and what that changes in the work plan. On the Presença plan it's quarterly; on Destaque it becomes monthly and adds ranking tracking; on Autoridade you also get a quarterly SEO and GEO audit, a defined content agenda, and a monthly meeting to make decisions together.

  • Who came and where they came from
  • Analysis in business language
  • Next steps in writing
  • Ranking tracking on Destaque

The problem

This is for you if…

You've been paying for online presence for a year and can't say what has changed

After

Now there's a document for each period showing who came, how they found you, and what was done. Without it, digital marketing is just a monthly invoice with nothing verifiable in return.

The report you used to get was a dashboard full of charts that nobody read

After

Ours is written in business language: what happened, what it means, and what changes in the work for the next period. A chart is an illustration, not a conclusion.

Nobody makes a single decision based on what the report shows

After

Every edition ends with next steps in writing. That's what turns measurement into decisions — and what lets you hold us accountable next period if something didn't get done.

You don't know whether the keywords that matter went up or down

After

Starting with the Destaque plan, the rankings of your tracked keywords go into the report along with their history. You see the actual movement, not a gut feeling.

Honesty

This isn't for you if…

  • You want a report that proves everything is going well

The report shows what happened, even when not much did. A document that only brings good news is useless for making decisions, and the first time reality shows up in the bank account, it wipes out all the trust built so far. We'd rather have the difficult conversation in the right month.

  • You want a weekly report

Online presence moves in months, not weeks. Measuring every seven days produces noise that looks like signal and leads you to change course before anything has had time to work. That's why the monthly cycle exists, not out of laziness.

  • You want a dashboard to follow in real time

The raw data lives in the analytics tools, and you have access to them. What we deliver is the interpretation: what the numbers mean and what to do about them. A real-time dashboard gives a sense of control and almost never changes a decision.

  • You want the report to measure closed sales

We can show who came, how they found you, and what they did on the platform — including how many got in touch. What happens next, during negotiation, is part of your sales process and outside our reach. Pretending the platform closed the sale would mean creating a number that looks good and isn't true.

Scope

What's included

Who came and where they came from

You know where your audience comes from

Technical detail

Visit volume, traffic sources — search, social media, direct traffic, campaigns — and which pages drew the most attention during the period.

What those people did

Visits become a count of contacts, not just of traffic

Technical detail

Contact forms submitted, WhatsApp clicks, newsletter sign-ups, and downloads. What matters isn't the visit: it's what the visit turned into.

Analysis in business language

You understand the report without needing a translator

Technical detail

What the numbers mean, written in plain language. No agency jargon, and no charts that only the person who built them can interpret.

What was done during the period

You see what your monthly fee was spent on

Technical detail

Content published, fixes applied, technical adjustments, compliance items. It's what your monthly fee paid for, item by item.

Next steps in writing

The next period starts with a plan already agreed on

Technical detail

What will be done in the next period and why. It lets you hold us accountable and keeps us from improvising — and it's what separates a report from real accountability.

Rankings of tracked keywords

You see the ranking of every keyword that matters

Technical detail

Where each term chosen with you used to rank and where it ranks now, with the full history. Available on the Destaque plan.

Full quarterly audit

Every quarter, someone reviews everything in depth

Technical detail

An in-depth review of SEO, presence in AI answers, accessibility, and compliance, with findings and a plan to fix them. Available on the Autoridade plan.

Monthly check-in meeting

Decisions come out of a conversation, not an attachment

Technical detail

One hour a month to go over the period and decide together what comes next. Available on the Autoridade plan.

Setting the content plan

Each month's content comes from what the data showed

Technical detail

What to publish, from what angle, and in what order, decided based on what the period revealed. Available on the Autoridade plan.

From sign-up to launch

How we deliver

  1. Defining what's worth measuring

    one conversation with you

What success means for your business — an inquiry, a phone call, a store visit, a sign-up. Without that definition, the report turns into a list of numbers with no priorities.

  2. Measurement set up and verified

    no action needed from you

Analytics tools connected, the events that matter tagged, and data actually coming in. A report built on faulty measurement is worse than no report at all.

  3. Baseline recorded

    no action needed from you

A snapshot of the starting point. Without it, there's no way to tell whether things improved, and it's the one record that almost never gets made at the outset.

  4. First report delivered

    you read it and comment

At the end of the first cycle, with an analysis of the period, what was done, and the next steps.

  5. Cycle up and running

    you set the direction

The report repeats at your plan's pace, and each edition is compared with the previous one. The series is what gives meaning to any single number.

How to get it

Included from the Presença plan up

  • Starts here

    Presença

    R$ 249/month

    R$ 799/month

    Monthly analysis, with rankings

Everything in Presença, with the report moving to monthly and keyword rank tracking added. The shorter cycle keeps pace with the active ranking work.

  • Autoridade

Everything in Destaque, plus the full audit every quarter, content planning, and one meeting a month to decide on direction together — instead of a document nobody discusses.

Frequently asked questions

No. It's included in the Presença plan, at R$ 249 per month, on a quarterly basis. On Destaque, at R$ 799 per month, it becomes monthly and adds the rankings of your tracked keywords. On Autoridade, at R$ 1,499 per month, you also get the quarterly audit, the content plan, and one meeting a month.

Because a report takes real work — gathering the data, comparing, writing, and drawing conclusions — and that cost is built into the price. On the entry-level plan, it fits once every three months; starting with Destaque, the active ranking work justifies and funds the monthly cycle.

Yes. The analytics accounts are in your company's name, and access is yours at all times. What the report adds isn't access to the data: it's an interpretation of what the data means and the decision that follows from it.

No. It measures up to the point of contact: how many people came, how they found you, and how many submitted a form, clicked on WhatsApp, or signed up. What happens during negotiation is part of your sales process and outside the platform's reach — attributing the sale to us would be making up a number.

It's in the report, along with an explanation of why and what changes as a result. A document that only brings good news is useless for making decisions — and by the time reality shows up some other way, it's usually too late to fix.

Only on the Autoridade plan, and even there the meeting is for deciding together, not for presenting slides. On the other plans, the report is written to be read on its own — and written comments often accomplish more than an hour blocked on the calendar.

No. The analytics accounts belong to your company, the data is yours, and the report is made for you. All we do with the data is read it and write up the conclusion — nothing goes any further.
